JeWitch Camp 2020
Jews, Pagans
and Those Who Love Them

At JeWitch Camp 2020 we delved deeply into the intersection of magick and Judaism with prophetic teacher-activists in JeWitchy community. We celebrated the Jewish New Year for Trees at a non-residential Shabbat retreat through rituals, workshops, storytelling, song, delicious meals and conversations. We communed with oaks and redwoods and sanctified the growing moon. We explored the Tree of Life’s relationship to Asherah, the Hebraic tree goddess and aligned our triple-souls to embody a joyous Earth-based spirituality and pursue tikkun olam (repair of the world). The cost of camp included free admission to Wilderness Torah's Tu B'Shvat in the Forest on Sunday, Feb 9, where we and our teachers shared camp's magic through ritual and workshops with the wider Jewish community.
